If a car is parked illegally, text its license plate to our phone number 844-997-4214. We'll search the license plate in our database and send a text message to the owner, warning them that someone reported that their vehicle is parked incorrectly and subject to a ticket or tow. We'll also ask them for the outcome; i.e. text back a "1" if you moved your car and avoided the penalty, "2" if you didn't get there in time, or "3" if incorrectly reported. Whatever they respond with, we'll tell you so you don't stay up wondering! 😀
